Now you’re GONE, GONE. No longer we. And you’re down on me. You’re down on me
The REASONS we’re not going away. It’s never really easy. We’re gonna make our way. Only if you want it, want it. Only if you want it
All we really need to get by is the love that we make today. All we really need in this life is the love that we’ve thrown away
LAST TOAST from a paper cup.
We’re ALIVE. Can you feel it?
Hold me in your arms. Keep me company. Take me from the sorrow. RESCUE ME
I tightened up the song I wrote yesterday and recorded this piano track. I’m going to commit to a melody and start putting some lyrics to the form.
This final thing for the day is an F7 shuffle on the hammond organ. Wanna hear a badas5 solo? Listen to this, biatch!
This is an edit of the track before. It’s a pop rock ballad (u2, coldplay); EbMAJ7, BbMAJ7. You can hear the verse and chorus shaping up with a melody, form and changes. I’m going to write the lyrics and FINISH this one.
This is the work in progress of the next song. No need to listen to this unless you want to hear me composing. Around 12:00 I start to find what I’m looking for.
A 90bpm funk Gmin7 groove (Dorian). No vocals in this but it’s got a nasty groove played by a moth3rfuck3r. Maybe it’s the K2600 to my left. 😎
