You're a musician. And since you're interested in marketing, you're also an entrepreneur.
That means you have to wear multiple hats, all of them essential. Marketing, sales, content, technology, fan relations, it's all on you. It can feel overwhelming. But when you have systems in place to handle these areas of your business, you can achieve much more with less time and effort.
My goal for this program is to help you isolate the specific actions you must take to be successful at email marketing. This program is about implementation, so you get the results you want with email. You don't need to know everything to be really good at this. And you don't need to be great at everything you do, either. Trust me, I'm not great at everything I do, but when you have most of the pieces put together, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Expertise will come over time, but fluency will come quickly if you do all the exercises I give you. Try to find a 30-minute block of time every day of the week to work on this. Pro tip: Find something you already do religiously and do this task right after. I do my email marketing immediately after I make my first cup of coffee in the morning before everyone's out of bed. Habit formation is another topic, but I want to stress putting email marketing high on your priority list, if not at the top.
